SUBMARINE WARFARE.
THE LATEST LOSSES. (Received 1 a.m.) Times. LONDON. Feb. 6. The latest victims of submarines, are the British steamers Martenfels, Floridian, and Warley \ Pickering and the steam trawler Resolute, the Russian steamer Cerea, of 3512 tons, and the Norwegian steamer Regal, of 892 tons. _\ The Floridian, a vessel of 4777 tons, was built in 1913 for F. Leyland and Co. The Warley Pickering was a steamer of 4196 tons, and was built in 1912 for a Middlesborough firm.
