RELIEF STEAMER SUNK.
NEUTRAL PROTESTS. A ' ROMISE RECALLED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received 1 a.m.) LONDON, Fob. 7. Neutral Ambassadors will immediately make representations to Germany regarding the sinking of the Belgian relief steamer Lars : Kruse. It is pointed out that Germany' declared in January'that she would not interfere with Belgian •relief work. The Lara Kruse was a Danish steamer of 146 C tons, built in 1898.
