DUNKIRK HARBOUR RAIDED FIRE SAID TO BE STARTED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received 11 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 7. A German official statement says "Naval seaplane 3 dropped two bombs on harbour works at Dunkirk, and started a fire in the sheds.'
