GERMAN COMMUNIQUE.
REPULSE OF ATTACKS.

A German communique states: " We drove back the enemy northeast and east of Lesboeufs. French attacks at La Maisonette on our new trenches south of Biaches, at Ablaincourt, and on both sides of the Chaulnes-Lihons road, all failed.
"On the east bank of the Norjowka, c in the Dniester sector, the Turks stormed enemy positions, and north-west of Zolochow, further south, we captured important heights on the southern frontier.
" After a preliminary success in the Tserna salient the Servians fell back before the Bulgarian counterattack."
