Mr. John Clark; vice-prcsiuenU, Messrs. A. 1. Farmer, E. H. Restcn; hon. secretary, Mr. E. Pickarini* hon. treasurer, Mr. J. M. F. Connelly; hon. auditor, Mr. J. A. Gentles; executive, Messrs. \V. C. Mason, W. H. Oliver, A. M. Wilson, J. J. Carder, C. C. C»irna, T. Clements, W. Madden, A. L. Lewis, A. B. Roscoe. A proposal was made that in order to encourage college rowing each club should be asked to give five free places to students of ths, various colleges, who would be taught rowing by members. Immediately on receipt of replies from the clubs the colleges will be communicated with. It was decided to recommend to the incoming committee that each club provide once a year an invitation race, open to visiting clubs. It was decided that the executive assist, as far as possible, the regattas which the Onerahi. Hamilton, and Ngaruawahia clubs propose to hold on January 1, January 29, and March 17, respectively. Votes of thanks were accorded to Mr. E. D. Elliott, who acted as hon. auditor in place of Mr. s J A. Gentles, cow serving his conntry: to Mr. A. i J. Emery, last season's hon. secretary, who is also on active service, and to Mr. J. Clark for trophies presented for competition.
