TEACHERS' CERTIFICATES.
Speaking of teachers' certificates at Wellington last week, the Minister fur Education said it seemed to him that it was necessary to revise the two higher cheses so that the A and B certificates might really represent some course of study that was of advantage to a teacher in his profession. The question of such revision a now under consideration.
