LONG SERVICE MEDAL.
PRESENTATION AT HAMILTON.
A presentation- of the auxiliary forces' long service medal was made to Hon. Lieutenant and Quartermaster Charles Cowley, at a gathering of officers of the Fourth, Waikato, Regiment. Colonel Ward, G. 5.0., made the presentation, and referred to the valued service Lieutenant Cowley had rendered to the regiment over a period of 28 years, both in the ranks and as quartermaster.
