MEN WHO HAVE FALLEN.
SERGT. G. 8. BAGNALL. A private cable message has been received by Mrs. A. E. Bagnall, of Heme Bay, stating that her son, Sergeant G. S. Bagnall, who was dangerously wounded in June last, is returning home by a steamer now on voyage. The latest advices in. dicate that Sergeant Bagnall is still seriously ill, suffering from severe injuries to the spine, and that it is hoped the voyage may prove beneficial. LANCE-CORPORAL C. R. WALKER, | Lance-Corporal C. R. Walker, who wag this week reported killed in action, was the son of Mr. J. J. Walkor, of Richmond, Grey Lynn, and a native of Auckland. Prior to enlistment he was employed in the Auckland office of the A. MP. Society, and was an enthusiastic hockey player.
