NOVEL COURT-MARTIAL.
CIVILIAN MEMBERS. Aust. and N.Z. Cable. LONDON", August 15. In the House of Commons Mr. Lloyd George, Secretary of State for War. announced in connection with the Army Act Amendment Act, permitting civilians to sit on courtsmartial, that the court would consist of Field-Marshal Lord Nicholson, Lord Cheylesmore, Mr. Justice Atkin, and Mr. D. Maclean, Liberal member for Peebles.
