MUNITIONS FROM AMERICA
ORDERS FROM THE ALLIES LARGE CALIBRE SHELLS. Times. NEW YORK. August 3. Munition makers who have held contracts from the allies state that Great Britain is now making all the small shells needed, but orders are being placed in the United States for six-inch, nine-inch, and twelveinch shells. The new orders provide for deliveries up to the middle l of 1917.
