ORDER OF HEARING. •Sitting in Chambers yesterday, Mr. Justice Cooper arranged the following order for the cases to bo heard at the civil sessions of the Supreme Court, commencing on Monday next: — (Before the Judge and a Jury of Twelve.) Coxhead, 10 a.m. Wednesday. August 16: Clarke v. Jephson, 19 a.m. Thursday, August 17: Crisp ▼. Snowsill. 10 a.m. Friday, August 18: Clarke v. Fitzpatrick, 10 a.m. Grove v. Gardner to follow. Monday, August 21: Regarding Frank Harris Granite Company, 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 22: "Wilson v. Carey (part heard). Thursday, August 24: Johns v. Webster (part heard), 10 a.m. Monday, August 28: Smith v. Tioke and the District Land Registrar (part heard), 10 a.m. On Thursday. August 10. undefended divorce cases will be taken.
