NEW ARMAMENT FACTORY. (Received June 29, 1 a.m.) AMSTERDAM. JUNE 28. The foundation-stone of an armament factory has been laid at Munich. The undertaking is being launched with a capital of £1,450,000, of which Krupps have contributed one-half.
