ADMIRAL'S DEMANDS.
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. SHANGHAI. JUNE 27. Admiral Liminghsen, commander-in-chief, has demanded that the President, Li-huan-chung, should restore the provisional convention of the old Parliament which the late President dissolved. The admiral also demands a new Cabinet, otherwise the navy will declare its independence.
