WATER SUPPLY.
Sir,—Some time ago you drew the city authorities' attention to the water supply, since when nothing effective has been done. The water supply in the bath on Sunday morning was . a lovely chocolate colour, and a disgrace to a fine city like Auckland. Have the City Council ever heard of filtration beds? A Visitor.
