PEACE TERMS WANTED.
London, 'April 25. The Independent Labour Conference at Newcastle passed a resolution approving of efforts being made to induce the various' Governments to issue statements as to the terms on which they were prepared to make peace. The conference applauded the courageous action of the German Socialist minority in the Reichstag.
