RECRUITING IN SYDNEY.
THOUSAND MEN ENROL. ANZAC DAY REVIVAL. Sydney, April 26. Anzac Day acted as a great recruiting stimulant, 1000 men being enrolled in the metropolis. The city collections towards the war funds approximated £5000. It is expected that the State will yield £20,000 to £25,000.
