Sydney, April 14The report of the Inspector-Genera! 'if Police shows a decrease of 10.013 offences under all headings last year, as compared with 1914. Charges of drunkenness decreased by 7736 and of usir* obscene language by 1716. The report) adds that contributing factors to tllft decrease were the occupation of police on special duties, and the absence of 150 constables at the war.
