INFANTILE PARALYSIS.
EIGHT COUNTRY CASES.
ANOTHER DEATH REPORTED.
Eight cases of infantile paralysis were reported from country districts yesterday. The death of a female infant aged five months was also notified. No cases were sported from the city or suburbs. The total number of notifications is now 473, of which 297 havo been country
rases, and 176 have been notified from
urban areas. Deaths from the disease \ now total 47, of which 16 have occurred in the city and suburbs, and 31 in the country. Until yesterday no deaths had been reported for eight days.
