SPEECH BY: JELMCOE. EXPRESSION ,OF A HOPE. (Received March i, 130 a.m.) London, March 3. Addressing Russian journalists who are visiting the Grand Fleet, Admiral Jellicoe said "It is difficult for us to go to the Baltic, but I would not say it is impossible. I hope the day will come when British and Russian ships will engage the enemy."
