PRISONERS IN GERMANY.
INHUMANE TREATMENT. FREQUENT FLOGGINGS. London, January 16. A private of the Suffolk regiment, who has returned to England, describes the horrors of the treatment of war prisoners at the Wittenberg camp. He says: "They took away my overcoat in freezing weather and made me march in the snow barefooted.
