The Gorman Chancellor, Dr. von T..thmann-ITo!iweg, has sent a wireless message to America in reply to a press inquiry regarding the health of the Kaiser. The message states that the Kaiser receives guests and give audiences to Ministers and officers. He also takes a daily walk in the palace gardens when the weather permits. A German wireless message quotes the Berliner Tagchlntt as declaring that the Kaiser is merely suffering from a harmless boil, which does not prevent him walking out. A later message states that the Kaiser has completely recovered. be lunched at the palace with the bnuerial Chancellor.

Router's Rome correspondent says that it is stated in ecclesiastical circles that the operation performed on the Kaiser on Thursday last, as successful, but that a week would elapse before lie was out. of danger as complications were possibly.
