ENEMY MAKE THE MOST OF THE RETIREMENT.
BULGARIANS IN "PURSUIT" OF THE FRENCH. CAPTURE OF 114 BRITISH PRISONERS. Amsterdam, December 9. A Bulgarian communique dated 7th inst. states: "The pursuit of the French on both sides of the Vardar continues. The Bulgars occupied Demir Kapu railway station, and are now ten miles east of the town. The village of Grabica was encircled on three sides after a hot battle lasting till midnight. One column attacked the French near the village of Petroz, annihilating a battalion, and a bayonet attack captured the encampments. The Bulgarians attacked the Anglo-French entire front south of Kosturino, capturing 114 British and two guns."
