PRIZE COURT SITTINGS.
London, December 9. The Judicial Committee Bill has been read a second time. It makes provision for the sitting of two divisions of the Court simultaneously, otherwise an unusual number of Prize Court appeals would be likely to fall into arrears. The Lord Chancellor explained that he had not altered the constitution of the committee, which, being an Imperial Court, might sit in any part of the Empire.
