RUSSIA'S NEW ARMY.
1,500,000 STRONG. READY NEAR PETROGRAD. (Received October 5, 2 a.m.) Rome, October 4. The Corriere Delia Sera's Petrograd correspondent says Russia's new army, 1,500,000 strong, is ready in the Petrograd district.
