"THE LOCAL BODIES' LOANS ACT. .f-- : ' .. . 1913." - PROPOSED LOAN OF £10,000 FOR THE EXTENSION OF THE WATER SUPPLY IN THE GREY LYNN AREA OF THE CITY OF AUCKLAND. The Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland hereby give notice, in pursuance of Section 9 of the abovementioned Act:— 1. That the purpose for which the proposed loan is required is the extension of the water supply in that part of the City of Auckland formerly comprising the Borough of Grey Lynn and herein called the Grey Lynn Area. 2. That the Auckland City Council, being unable to provide the necessary funds for such work out of the ordinary revenues of the City, proposes to borrow a sum not exceeding £10.000. 8. That the proposed security for the repayment of such . loan shall be the revenues of the City of Auckland, subject to the existing loans chargeable thereon. 4. That the Auckland City Council proposes to make such loan repayable in 21 years, and proposes to make provision for the payment of a sinking fund of £i per cent, per annum. 5. That the Auckland City Council proposes to pax* cut of such loan such costs, charges, and expenses as the Auckland City Council may determine to have been actually incurred in connection with such loan, but not the interest or sinking fund thereon for the first year.
