Williamson New English Musical Comedy Company, which experienced aucbTV success last, week at His Majesty's Theatre in "The Girl in the - Taxi," will to-night present the second attraction of the season in the shape of what is said to be an a exceptionally 'exhilarating . piece, "High Jinks." "it 'is claimed that no musical play of like calibre" has, daring recent years, attained -„ '" so unchallenged a "success in either Melbourne- or Sydney. "High Jinks" is * described as » . Sydney, and Misses Dorothy Brunton, Florence Vie, Gwen Hughes, Cecil Bradley, Daisy Yates, and others of the company are again in the cast A characteristic of the piece is, it is said, ail irresponsible gaiety distributed throughout three sparkling acts. ,:, It is understood that- lavish costuming and magnificent scenic environment will 'be features of the production, •which will be staged for four nights only. For" the last two nights, Friday and Saturday next, "The Girl m the Film" will be*staged. "The season will terminate after the performance on Saturday evening. The musical portion of the entertainment to-night will be under the direction of Mr. Harry Burton, the stage directorship being in the hands of Mr. Fred. Young. The box plans for the balance of the season are now open at Messrs. Wildman and Arey'a.

OPERA HOUSE PANTOMIME. Amongst the passengers by the Makura, •which arrives at Auckland this morning, will be the members of the Stanley McKay Pantomime -Company; who 'open at the Opera House to-night in the two-act * pantomime, "Old Mother Hubbard." It is an innovation to have a pantomime company "in " vaudeville. The ". present * artists have just completed good 5 seasons on the firm's Australian circuit.' The pantomime will be strengthened bv several speciality vaudeville acts. The company comprises 40 artists experienced in' panto- 'J mime.
