AUSTRIAN COMMUNIQUE.
SUCCESSES IN RUSSIA. (Received September 29. 130 a.m.)
Amsterdam, September 27. An Austrian communique says :— "The Russians' counter-offensive has been broken at Volhynia. They evacuated positions north-west of Dubno and retired near Lutsk in an easterly direction. The bridgehead at Lutsk is again in our hands."
