MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
MAINTENANCE CASES.
Several applications for maintenance and separation orders were heard by Mr. C. C- Kettle, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday. The application of Evelyn Baddeley for an order of separation against her husband, Frank Clement Badaeley was adjourned sine die. The defendant was ordered to pay £1 10s per week maintenance. The case, Florence Grant v. William James Grant, an application for separation, was again adjourned. The defendant was ordered to pay the complainant £1 per week in the meantime. The magistrate said he was not satisfied that this case was one for a separation order. Evidence was taken in the case, Martha Douglas v. Walter James Douglas, an application for a separation order, and an adjournment was made until October 1.
