GERMAN OFFICERS WOUNDED BY TURKS.
REVOLT AGAINST GERMAN SEVERITY. (Received September 12, 8 p.m.) Rome, September 11. A Milan newspaper states that seven German officers have arrived at Constantinople, wounded by Turkish soldiers, who revolted against German severity. Apparently the Turkish officers did not attempt to restrain the men. Several officers from Adrianople have been imprisoned for conspiring against their German colleagues.
