SULTAN SENDS AN URGENT CALL FOR HELP.
TELLS KAISER HE CANNOT HOLD OUT LONGER. Athens, September 9. It- is learned from an authoritative source that the Sultan has sent an urgent demand for the Kaiser's help, declaring that the Turks are unable to hold out longer in Gallipoli. It is understood that all naval and military officers abroad on leave have been ordered to return immediately.
