HEAVY FINES. INFLICTED. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWX CORRESPONDENT.] Taxjmakpnot, Friday. " Paddy " Pullen, Lester Hunter. Michael O'Brien, John Holmes, and Richard King were each fined £50 and costs at the Magistrate's Court to-day for sly grog-selling. John Henderson -was fined £10 and costs for introducing liquor into a kainga. < A milkman was fined £5 for watering milk.
