GERMAN DYNAMITE PLOT IN ROUMANIA.
ATTEMPT ON LIVES OF STATESMEN PROPOSED. RAILWAYS AND MILITARY DEPOTS THREATENED. (Received September 9. 10.50 p.m.) Bucharest, September 8. Two cases of dynamite cartridges from the Royal factory at Oplanden, Prussia, were discovered in a German business house. They were intended for a series of attempts on the lives of Roumanian statesmen favourable to the Entente, also for blowing up the railways and military depots in the event of a Roumanian mobilisation. Several anarchists have been arrested.
