A Turkish official communique from Constantinople states: "'Our counter-attack repulsed an attack against our right wing north-west of An Burn Artillery compelled an enemy infantry battalion on Ana Farta, plain, inland from Suvla Bay, t< retire in the direction of Hemikli Liman. Our artillery on the left wing at Sedd-el-Bahr also destroyed a bomb-throwing installation. Hostile airmen dropped bombs on Riburnu. wounding nine soldiers."
