CAUCASUS FIGHTING.
HEAVY TURKISH LOSSES. COSSACK CAPTURES SEVEN. (Received August 15, 5 p.m.) Petrograd, August 14. An official communique from the Caucasus states: " The Turks twice assumed the offensive along the whole front in the Passin Valley. We allowed them to approach to within 200 yds, and then twice repulsed them with enormous losses, capturing six officers and 130 men. Our cavalry achieved several successes. One Cossack captured a Turkish patrol of seven men."
