HON. DR. McNAB'S DUTIES.

Wellington, Saturday. j A rf.arra.vqemh.vt of portfolios between the Hon. A. L. Herdman and the Hon. Dr. McNab has been effected, under which Dr. McNab will take control of the Prisons, Justice, and Stamps Departments, in addition to being Minister for Marine and Minister in charge of the Tourist and Health Resorts. Another of Dr. McNab's responsibilities is the control of aliens within New Zealand. The Hon. A. L. Herdman is Attorney-General and Minister in charge of the Police Department. J
