BALTIC NAVAL FIGHTING.
GERMAN VERSION. (Received August 15. 1.30 a.m.) Amsterdam, August 15. A telegram from Berlin states that merely outpost fighting occurred off the island of Ossel. north of the Gulf of Riga, between destroyers. The Russians, being successfully shelled, hastily retreated.
