Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Mount Albert Borough Council, held on the 14th day of June, 1915, a Resolution whs passed as follows: That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by "The Local Bodies' Loans Act. 1913," tliD Mount Albert Borough Council hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, to borrow the sum of £300. being the proportion payable by the said Council for the Provision of a Flushing Tank for the Disposal of NightsoQ, and further: That the Loan be for a period of 36$ years with interest at the rate of £4 10s per centum per annum, payable halfyearly, and with a sinking fund of , £1 2s 2d per centum. The proposed i security for the Loan is a Special I Annual Recurring Rate of One Threehundredth of a Penny in the £ on the Capital Value of all Ratable Property in the Borough of Mount Albert Notice is also given that the said Resolution will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held at the Council Offices, New North Road, Morningside, on MONDAY, the 26th day of July, 1915, at 7.30 p m., for Confirmation as a Special Order.
