FORTY-EIGHT SUBMARINES. (Received June 22. 12.5 am.) London, June 21. A German naval officer asserts that Germany has built two battleships of 26,000 tons displacement and a speed of 25 knots, armed with 15in guns, since August, besides 48 submarines, including 12 of 800 tons displacement with a speed of 15 knots submerged and 20 knots on the surface.
