The" Petrograd correspondent of the London Observer says that the object of the German. attack on Lemberg is to impress Rpumania and Bulgaria, the German Staff regarding the position in Gallipoli as one of stalemate, neither side being able to use more men with the space available, the only danger to Gerr many being if Boumania or Bulgaria intervenes.
