(Received June 21, 9.15 p.m.) ' *& >;• ' Paris,, June 21. .. v A touching demonstration took p|aoe before the bodies of the late Lieut. ;-\V!arneford,,.V.C., and Mr. Henry jNeedham, who were kijled in an accident ,at the.Paris 'aerodrome. Large crowds filed'past the bodies, many bringing wreaths. Among the wreaths was the representation of an aeroplane, ' inscribed with the words, "Honoured by; the King, admired by ' the '■Empire, mourned by ; all:'.', j General Sallied, the Commandant or* Pjiris,- sent wreaths on behalf of , the Paris- garrison. Lieutenant Wameford at the time of the accident was wearing the cross of the Legion of Honour, which deeply penetrated his chest.
