TOUR OF THE BATTLEFIELDS.
With tho utmost enthusiasm the Tsar, who recently paid another visit to his gallant soldiers in the field, was greeted during a tour of til© battlefields ill Galil- - Starting by train from Lemberg, His Majesty first visited Sambor, and • thence continued his journey ; to Przemvsl, accompanied by tho Grand Duke Nicholas and other members of the Imperial House. Entering Przcmysl His Majesty first attended service in tho military camp . church, and thence proceeded through the streets of the town, which were gaily decorated and lined with troops, to the official residence recently occupied by General Knsmanek, who commanded the Austrian garrison. Over this Government House was hoisted the proud flag of the Romanoff Dynasty., displaying the black ■ eagle cm a gold ground. A grand banquet was given in the fine building of the Austrian Officers' Club, which had been en tirely uninjured in the bombardment, fX-' after which His Majesty returned to Lemberg by ?! motor-car by a direct ■ road, which gave him a nearer opportunity of . inspecting: the scenes of the fighting during the last sortie of the garrison.
