The Novoe Vremya says that the silent work of the British Navy has created a situation unprecedented in naval history. The blockade of Germany is real and complete, and could not be more effective if the British Navy had destroyed the German Navy. True, Germany is ,not yet stifled, bub she is breathing through the gag.
