UNSUCCESSFUL SEARCH. Ku.m the HERALD of June 1. 186.1.1 H.*.d.S.?. Brisk, Captain Hope, returned from her crime to the Chatham Islands at a late hour on Tuesday night. Immediately after the sad intelligence of the loss by five of the ship Fiery Sui became known, the Brisk wa* d«.-patched to the Chatham Islands, for which place the four boats steered when they >oft the burning ship, and in the event oi her falling in with any of the new or passengers of that ill-fated ship, the Brisk »as to haw returned Willi litem to Auckland. Unfortunately. however, the cruise has been unsneiessful. all the island.- having been thoroughly searched and no tiding of the mission boat having been obtained.
