TilE Auckland sittings of the Arbitration Court commence to-morrow morning, when Mr. Justice' Stringer will preside. The list of business is as follows — Compensation Cases.- John Cullen v. Northern Steamship Co., Ltd.; Albert William Tjttlejohn v. Auckland City Council; Florence Maud Williams v. New Zealand Sulphur Company, Ltd; Xliklren Brennan v. New Zealand Sulphur Company, Ltd,'; Martha Matilda Young v. New Zealand Sulphur Company; Karl Schenkor v. Northern Coal Company. Industrial Disputes: Auckland Boilermakers' Union and J. H. Adims ■ and others; Auckland Branch of the Amalgamated Society of Engineers' Industrial Union and George Fraser and Sons and others; Auckland Dairy Employees' Industrial Union of Workers and K. W. Alison and others; Wostfleld Chemical Manure Workers' Union and the New .Zealand Drug Company; Auckland Shin, Yacht, and Boatbuildcrs' Union and Auckland Provincial Shipowners and other's; Hikurangi Under-managers, Deputies, and Firemen's Industrial Union and the Hikuraniji Coal Company and others; Auckland Coopers' Industrial Union and Ba,'nail Bros, and others. In addition there are applications for interpretation of the Auckland Butchers' and Auckland Bakers' Awards, and an application to amend the Auckland Brewers, Wine and Spirit, and Aerated Water Employees' Award. Five applications to add parties to awards have been filed.
