TilE Auckland sittings of the Arbitration Court commence to-morrow morning, when Mr. Justice' Stringer will preside. The list of business is as follows — Compensation Cases.- John Cullen v. New Zealand Sulphur Company, Ltd,'; Martha Matilda Young v. New Zealand Sulphur Company; Karl Schenkor v. Northern Coal Company. Industrial Disputes: Auckland Boilermakers' Union and J. H. Adims ■ and others; Auckland Branch of the Amalgamated Society of Engineers' Industrial Union and George Fraser and Sons and others; Auckland Dairy Employees' Industrial Union of Workers and K. W.
