DRIVING REGULATIONS.
S' r >—I .beg to call your attention to the order to walk across the intersection of Victoria and Queen Streets. This is a foolish order, end only causes confusion, delay, and in some cases accident bv vehicles bumping others from behind. I quite agree with walking over tlie intersections at_Wellesky Street and Customs Street. Victoria Street, however, is so steep on bo'h sides, and anvone can see 100 yds up each portion of the thoroughfare from'the intersection. Anyone who looks at the _ place will see how foolish an order it is. Carrier.
