Willi reference to a recommendation from the Matatoke branch that the delegates attending the provincial conference be granted a concession in fares from the Railway Department, it was pointed out at the Auckland farmers.' annual conference . yesterday that tennis ■ and football players shared this privilege, which, it was urged, could with perfect justice be extended to the farmers.
