KING ALBERT'S DAY.
King Ai.bkiit; who presided at a council !at the Belgian general headquarters, received the congratulations of those present on the occasion of his birthday. Ministers at Havre sent the following telegram to His Majesty :— The Minister of State at present at Sainte- Adresse respectfully bag Your .Majesty graciously to accept their i sincere and heartfelt wishes for your happiness on the occasion of tl;o anniversary of your birthday. They arc more than ever convinced that shortly the King, acclaimed by the whole nation, will make a tiiu- ; umplial reentry into his capital at the I head of his valiant army, victorious under his high command.— (SigjiqdJScnouAEar, LIKBAEBT, COOBEMAX, LoilS Ht'YSMANX." A Te Deum was celebrated at the general headquarters. Afterwards the King witnessed 'a march, past of a division, of the .army.i . , . ; ,
