GOOD QUALITIES DEMANDED.

At the wool sales there was good competition for best Merinos and crassbreds, but all faulty and waste wools were in the buyers' favour. The following were some of* the prices obtained:—Australian: Burrawong, top price 13W, average 12|d; Ulonga, 14Jd and 12id; Nymagee, 13d and 12Jd; Bulgoo, 15£ d and 12gd; Sowcn Down, 12d and lljd. New Zealand: Gler.do:iald, 16|d and 16Jd. The Bradford market is quiet Forty-sixes are quoted at 26d, znd fortes at 12£ d.
