DESIRE FOR INFORMATION. (Received April 23. 11.10 t>.m,) Melbourne, April 23. In replying to requests for information regarding certain German atrocities, Mr. Fisher, Federal Prime Minister, states that the Common.wealth Government has no evidence beyond that contained in the reports of the Belgian Commission, which, he says, disclose no deliberate prac- • tising of amputations in regard to .'•'• Belgian children. The High Commissioner, Sir <,George Reid, advises that he has no evidence of the mutilation of Belgian males by Germans* 1..,,.
