FLOATED AT HIGH PRICE. By Telegraph— Press Association—Copyright London. April 22. Victoria has underwritten a loan of £2,250,000 at 4J per cent, at par. Th-3 prospectus for the loan will he issued on Friday. The bonds are redeemable in 1920-25. The final instalment of 45 per cent, is payable on July 26. Subscribers have the option to convert into inscribed stock till August 3. The Westminster Gazette points out that the loan is being floated at the highest price for any similar loan since the war broke out.
